1. Overview
At Romy Traveler, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to ensure every order is accurate and arrives in excellent condition, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.

2. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products used or not in original condition
  • Delays caused by shipping or customs

3. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item to our nearest return location.
  4. You must return the item at your own expense unless the issue was our error.

4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only for approved returns under the following terms:

  • We will issue a refund only after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • We do not offer cash refunds on delivery.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order quickly, contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it with clear photos and your order number within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
